I act on a variety of medium-high value commercial / trade disputes, including cases in the field of construction, fraud, debt recovery, contract and insolvency (both company and personal). One of my career highlights so far has been acting in the Court of Appeal for a well known Formula 1 team and aerodynamics company based in Italy in a dispute with another F1 team over alleged misuse of Intellectual Property rights. More recently, I acted for a funder in a Section 51 non-party costs application in relation to its funding of one of the highest value claims to be heard in the Commercial Court.Currently, I am defending a former employee of one of London\'s most successful asset managers in a claim for conspiracy and misuse of confidential information. The case has been listed in The Lawyer as one of the Top 20 Cases of 2016. I am also well versed in Alternative Dispute Resolution, having been involved in several mediations and arbitrations. Most recently, I acted for an Italian luxury ship-builder in an LMAA arbitration, who was defending a claim that the vessel as-built was overweight and the project delayed. I am currently acting for a mining company in an LCIA arbitration in a claim for unpaid royalties.Having lived and worked in Italy for 4 years, my practice also extends to advising Italian clients (individuals and companies) who have interests in the UK.
