With over 12 years of experience, I also advise entrepreneurs, professionals and business owners in relation to their personal affairs. This can include advising on ways to reduce their tax liabilities, preparing Wills, setting up Lifetime Trusts and advising on Trusts which are in existence. Trusts and dealing with the affairs of someone who has passed away can be complex and I help executors and trustees understand their duties. I can take the hassle away from clients by undertaking their duties on their behalf.
