Vice President leader with over 21 years of experience at Duke Energy, one of the largest energy companies in the United States delivering electrics and gas services to ~9.8 million customers in the Southeast and Midwest. My experience includes various roles in accounting and finance, rates and regulatory, corporate strategy, customer products and services and customer operations. In addition, I have experience testifying in multiple rate cases to support customer satisfaction.Currently, I lead a team of ~230 employees responsible for customer technology, regulatory compliance and strategy, change management, business planning governance, advocacy support and complaint resolution. This includes providing direction and leadership in the development of our customer operations business plans to ensure alignment and achievement of our goals and metrics along with ensuring the reliability of our customer technology (e.g. mobile app, customer online accounts, automated voice system and billing system). The team is also responsible for our customer regulatory filings and the longer term strategy as it relates to evolving our customer operations business model.
