Over the past 2 years I have facilitated more than four scrum teams at Alcumus and fostered a safe and supportive environment in which the teams have thrived in becoming, trusting, motivated, engaged, self-organizing and high-performing teams who feel valued- I am a professional Change Agent, who has enabled structural and behavioral change both at the Management, Internal Stakeholder & Development level (focused on the whole system), while continuously improving in a positive direction. I have enabled the Agile Mindset, focused on transparency, feedback loops that matter, outcomes and deep teamwork. One of my biggest strengths & assets is turning difficult conversations into meaningful progress- I have helped the company implement specific activities within their Product Development Framework increasing transparency, communication, collaboration, & consistency amongst all stakeholders, thus increasing customer satisfaction and quality products (always thinking outside of the box for new & valuable ideas)- Each day my vision is that at the end of each day, one can say that we are moving in a direction of \"continuous improvement\" both at a personal and business level- Great products emerge from empowered & motivated individuals who are consistently building strong relationships both at a business and development level - all together as a team we build success- As a Senior Scrum Master, Certified Agile Facilitator, and Agile Coach, I work on myself every single day (learn & adapt), thus enabling positive growth along with my peers within the organization.
