PMO Manager I am experienced in developing, supporting and delivering high functioning PMOs which are tailored to the organisations needs and requirements. Creation of a project delivery lifecycle, templates, processes, prioritisation, building business cases, managing and mitigating project and programme risks and issues, line management and chairing portfolio review boards to enable good governance and efficient and effective project delivery. Demand Manager I have worked with portfolio Leads, Leadership Teams, Product Owners to manage the execution of IT demands and IT backlog including prioritising tasks, projects and programmes for delivery. Working with teams to ensure that they are working on the right thing at the right time to reduce waste and increase project delivery efficiency. Project Management I have a varied history delivering IT and Company specific projects from Cyber Essentials to changing the company name. I work well within a team to execute projects to the developed scope and identified benefits.I have excellent experience in managing EU and grant funded projects including grant claiming requirements working on Like! Haverhill connected together and the LEADER programmes specifically. Product Management Developer and Owner of the IT Recharge Product identify and communicating the benefits and activities of the IT department and internal recharge based on user metrics.
