Since starting at trafford college(previously South Trafford)My job roles have included coordinator of Level 1,2 & 3 programmes and short programmes all levels.Internal verification.Setting up and coordinating apprenticeship programmes including employer engagement,risk assessments,scheduling and procedural recruitment processes.Reviewing and work place assessment.Apprenticeship review and development of 6008/3002 standards.Coordinating and developing Level 2 and Level 3 programmes both NVQ and VRQ.Coordinating and developing VRQ media make up and theatrical hair Levels 2 & 3 programmes along side,VRQ Level 3 Hairdressing & intro courses in African Caribbean,Ladies hairdressing and Barbering.Current roleDeveloping and teaching on the new technical hairdressing programme for full time Level 2 and the new professional programmes for apprenticeships, 7002 with end point assessment.Lead Internal verification to ensure quality assurance.Programme Lead at Stockport College for the apprenticeship programme whilst merger takes place developing a high quality provision for the future.
