Technical resource scheduling to support the Texas Market workload. Implementing CIQ audits on nodes on pre or post launch state. Interface with the IM/PM management team to perform any work required in the AT & T UMTS network to launch sites successfully. Coordinate with other national market leads to help develop tools in the NIC, providing feedback and suggestions to improve existing processes. Provide support in the creation of the MOPs to be used in the SmartLapTop rollout.
