I am an experienced and enthusiastic clinical leader within the largest independent provider of Healthcare services in England.I am passionate about ensuring patients will experience quality care based on their individual needs, delivered by staff who are supported, developed and empowered to make a difference. Dignity and respect for patients at all times is integral to this, whilst maintaining clinically appropriate services.I am keen to ensure that governance and associated assurance processes that are in line with CQC requirements are not merely a paper exercise and that quality is the foundation of all health care services. Good practice should be the norm and not exceptional whilst recognising good practice I do not endorse poor practice within the clinical workforce. I am actively involved in maintaining the key requirements mandated by key regulatory bodies such as CQC and NICE in addition to ISO and QOF.
