I currently oversee all of the downtown locations in the Houston market in addition to one mid size airport. Responsible for leading a team of over 20 employees with a combined fleet size during peak season of roughly 750 vehicles. Rebuilding my airport location from prior mismanagement, I was able to increase customer excitement scores by 2% in my first week, 9.1% in my first month, and almost 20% to date. Sustainable progress in customer service and sales is what I’m currently up to in this particular branch, in addition to training and developing 5 branch managers and 4 management trainees across all of my locations. Hired and developed an external FSA who was accepted into the management trainee program closely following her 6 month anniversary.
