Oversee and manage wellsenterprisesinc.com along with the company’s intranet and employee mobile app. Issue expert and spokesperson for local company issues and oversee community relations activities. Oversee community engagement programs for employees and leaders. Consult with leaders on communication opportunities they have both internally and externally and provide strategic insight. Help manage the corporate brand in partnership with the public relations agency hired by Wells. Responsible for all internal communication initiatives and activities. Work closely with leadership and corporate communications to create employee communications plans that drive employee engagement, performance and business unit communications involving both represented and non-represented employees. Responsible for the content and design of the corporate intranet along with the corporate television network and the employee mobile app. Help managers and directors develop strategic communication plans and evaluate current communication plans for their business units. Identify communication opportunities across the organization and make recommendations to management.
