As an Associate Account Executive at Faire, I partner with independent retailers across the UK and Europe to help them discover and stock the best emerging and established brands on our wholesale platform.My focus is driving new business — I build and qualify a pipeline of independent shops, understand their unique sourcing needs, and demonstrate how Faire’s flexible terms, curated selection, and data-driven tools give them a competitive edge.I work cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for retailers, and bring retailer feedback back into the business to improve our go-to-market motion.Core metrics: cold outreach volume, conversion to qualified pipeline, retailer activation, and long-term GMV performance.
