Throughout my 25-year career in the learning industry, I’ve had the privilege to work with clients globally, across many industries (Retail, Pharma, Grocery, Telecom, Banking, Logistics) to help them impact bottom line results by leveraging technology to educate their employees. A colleague once described the impact I had on the organization – “You played a critical role in creating something that has literally helped millions of people around the world be safer on the job, feel confident in their ability to do their best and make an impact on the lives of others. Very few people get to say that” – I’m still honored by that statement and try to live it everyday.In my current role, I went back to the challenge of a start up. I coach my team to be curious and ask our clients questions to really understand the challenges they are facing in their business. With this context we are better able to present how our products can help them solve these challenges – and by solving their problems, we ensure our business is moving forward.I\'m a real estate investor as a side gig. My partner and I own several rental properties and enjoy creating living spaces people can call home. We are building generational revenue and we are also actively investing in private mortgages.
