I am the Founder and Principal HR Consultant at McKinley Dupree Talent Co.(MDT), a boutique HR consultancy located in Houston, Texas, and I absolutely love HR! I am a charismatic, self-starter who enjoys collaborating in a group setting, solving complex problems, developing HR programming, networking, honing, and developing new skills, and developing tomorrows talent, today! Key Career Highlights: I have been blessed to have led large, medium and small teams who directly or indirectly reported to me; and led the successful implementation and configuration of various cloud-based Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS): ADP Enterprise (EV5), ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Paycor, Paychex Flex, Paychex Preview. With rising cost in healthcare, I have partnered with executive leadership and promoted employee health and wellness events; coupled with employee engagement to offer lower employee (EE) cost in medical and dental benefits through completing a series of health activities for the year, to reduce medical claims and renewal rate. Experience in partnering with health insurance brokers to present and finalize robust medical, dental, vision plans and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for 3-4 EE classes and multiple tiers. Successfully evaluated and mitigated risk by appropriately investigating workplace complaints, safety incidents and documenting the investigative process and overall findings. Experience partnering employment attorney and providing well-organized position statements, and other records. Have led merger and acquisition due diligence efforts and partnered with appropriate executive leaders to finalize HR records processing.Successful implementation of JazzHR, applicant tracking system (ATS), and Easy Llama, learning management system targeting compliance training for Ney York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Successfully provided multi-state jurisdiction, and support for HR, Payroll and Recruiting. Coordinated and facilitated simultaneous hiring events and job fairs across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut Delaware, and Pennsylvania (remotely).My goal is to continue to develop myself in all aspects in Human Resources and be downright obsessed with HR! When I am engaged in HR, I am experiencing the happiest moments of my time. When I am not working with a client, you can find me running at the park, at the fishing, working out at the gym, or at Top Gulf. My career is to grow and develop into a VP, Human Resources role.
