As the Senior Director of Employee Relations at Guild Education, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. I have over ten years of experience in leading employee relations functions, providing mentorship, advice, support, and resolution for leaders and employees on various issues, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies.I have a Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management, and I hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials. I also have a certification in Employee Relations and Investigations from Cornell University. In addition, I own a boutique HR coaching and consulting firm that specializes in helping small businesses with their HR and employee relations needs.
