Lead Engineer for the configuration, deployment, validation and support of two Emerson Syncade Manufacturing Execution Systems, including: unit, functional, and design specifications; SME for authoring and execution of validation protocols; SOP authoring and changes; Production go-live. Development, validation and implementation of- Custom functionality as required to fulfill user/site requirements, including: transaction and event scripts; Behaviors; labels; reports; interfacing with ERP and ESB systems- Custom functionality to provide near real-time delivery of batch and execution data for analytics, metrics, PAT and ARP (patent pending)- Batch interface between Syncade MES and DeltaV DCS.
