Hello! I\'m a senior-level content designer and certified UX writer, with 13 years of my career concentrated on content, including more than 6 years in tech (SaaS, UCaaS, and health tech).User-centered research and cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of my work. At Zoom, I became a team lead of the content design practice, mentoring junior-level teammates and facilitating our team\'s vision, growth, and product team partnerships. In my last year at Zoom, I led the inaugural AI Companion conversation design program alongside establishing design patterns and principles for Zoom\'s AI design team. After leaving Zoom I joined Content Design London, where I took part in research, UX writing, and design for our biopharma client\'s clinical trials web app as it was transforming from concepts to market-readiness. I currently lead content design at Booksy for the Provider domain.
