About Les Abercrombie
I’m a certified Senior HR professional with a passion for achieving organizational transformation in Fortune 500 and non-profit enterprises. I began my career in the hospitality industry with Hilton in NYC, Orlando, San Francisco and Los Angeles where I built competencies in customer service excellence, talent management and labor relations. Then I joined venerable and socially conscious apparel manufacturer Levi Strauss as System Director of Labor Relations where I honed my negotiations, change management and OD capabilities. Next I was engaged in the healthcare industry and worked with teams to build communities of healing in non-profit and investor owned healthcare companies across the US. I’ve been blessed to make a difference in the lives of the team members HR serves, as they make a difference in the lives of our patients and the communities we serve. I’m a hands on executive business partner, expert in developing and executing HR and labor strategy to drive achievement of operating results and cultivate distinctive cultures that delight customers and energize team members.
