I also have 25 years of program evaluation experience.

Enjoying life here at Westmont and Santa Barbara! As a professor in the Communication Studies Department, I enjoy investing in our students- professionally, academically, personally, and spiritually. I have been researching how the way we communicate with others helps or hinders resilience (our own and others\').This upcoming year I am building out a resilience program for our Westmont Nursing students (accelerated post Bach program) based on my last 10 years of reading and research on resilience.
