I am the Founder of UK Company Lesa Bradshaw International and South African-based Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting, both social enterprise organisations dedicated to creating a diversity-rich, empowered, and accessible economy for all. As a strategic advisor to businesses, I draw from international allies and resources to help employers, public and private institutions, and individuals to reposition the value of disability to business. As an international speaker, I am particularly adept at bringing live animation to the conversation of disability in the context of “good business”, accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Fortunately my life journey as a businesswoman with a disability, and MBA graduate with extensive experience in this professional space, has provided me with many stories to share around the lived impact of barriers, enablers, and the benefits to all of creating a disability-confident economy.
