Over the past 25 plus years I have represented a number of clients, both insurance companies and policyholders, in coverage disputes with particular emphasis on coverage issues arising out of construction claims. I am a member of the bar in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Illinois. I have been and continue to be a guest speaker at numerous local, regional and national conferences involving insurance coverage issues including West Coast Casualty, HB Litigation Conference f/k/a Mealey’s, Washington Defense Trial Lawyers, MC Consultants, San Diego County Bar Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, Los Angeles Bar Association, and Claims Managers Construction Defect Association. In 2020, I attended CLM\'s Litigation Management Institute and earned the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) Designation.
