Create spare parts program: development to execution. Manage procurement and inventory control functions in support of the company\'s MRO, Manufacturing Purchased Services, Capital Equipment & Office Supplies requirements. • Lead all MRO sourcing activities including: prepare and distribute RFQ’s, secure bids, negotiate terms and prices, award business and finalize contractual agreement. • Serve as day-to-day point of contact to suppliers in regards to expectations, un-anticipated demand, schedule changes, problem resolution and sharing end-user feedback. • Accountable for all aspects of the MRO Purchase Order process including requisitions, approvals, electronic submission, receipt acknowledgement, fulfillment, parts receipt, storage, distribution, reporting and payables issues. • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Strategic Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Accounting, Logistics and Suppliers to ensure rapid resolution of issues.• Responsible for Repairable Asset Management process including but is not limited to: critical spare parts availability, parts tracking, record keeping, trend analysis and tracking in service warrantees.
