   Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, I have the responsibility for operating a 9.5 million tonnes per annum LNG export facility located along the west bank of the Calcasieu Ship Channel in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Lead the development of CWLNG Operations Management Team to include recruitment, and onboarding of approx. 245+ facility-wide team members to ensure preparedness for successful commissioning, start-up and operations of the LNG facility. This will include:• Oversee leadership, training, coaching and development for all managed staff direct reports.• Directly responsible for shaping, implementation, and execution of all HSE policies to maintain a working environment that provides a sense of ownership and continuous development of HSE performance factors. Accountable for the effectiveness of the process and the identification areas of improvement. • Accountable for maintaining and updating the management policies for the day-to-day operation of the company, involving management and coordination of relationships and contracts with the upstream suppliers and downstream customers through all facility wide management disciplines.• Directly responsible to ensure safe, reliable and efficient management of the LNG facility operations, to include Pipeline and Process Operations (Power, Utilities Pretreatment, Liquefaction, Storage & Loading), Marine Jetties, and Tug Operations.• Manage OPEx budget expense & revenue process while utilizing the operational management team to include capital expenditure programs and organizing the preparation of 1-3, 4-9 and 10-20-year business plans.• Directly responsible for maintaining and updating procurement practices that ensure adequate management control and access to manpower and service contracts for technical assistance across a wide range of disciplines, including process operations, marine services, engineering and maintenance services.
