These functions include employment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS, and employee and management training and development. Responsible for collaborating and participating in the development of hospital objectives. Additionally responsible for work with the board, administrators, and human resource staff. Required to be knowledgeable about the human resource function and healthcare.
