ABOUT LEROY ANTOINE
I am a focused and driven individual, currently working for Amtrak as a Senior Manager Capital Construction in Capital Delivery Infrastructure Project Delivery, specifically Hudson Yards Concrete Casing Phase 3. I have knowledge in material testing and design. During my time at Syracuse University, I learned basic knowledge of the ACI and AISC codes for concrete and steel design respectively. I used programs such as AutoCAD, RISA 3D and Kasamali Structural Analysis to analyze several projects structurally. I have done projects constructing highway replacements to winning group project awards by O’Brien and Gere Consulting Company in the fall of 2013. With Norfolk Southern I specialized in constructing and maintaining Federal mandates for a Class I Railroad Track Infrastructure. While at Metro North Railroad I worked with major projects such as Positive Train Control(PTC), Mount Vernon Bridges Rehabilitation, Mott Haven Signal Substation Replacement and more.
