Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed Agile ways of working and drive continuous improvement. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams by capturing requirements, shaping backlogs, and providing clear analytical insights that support value‑driven delivery.Support the rollout of Agile and DevOps practices, coordinating and delivering training on Kanban and deployment principles. Chair the Monthly Developer Community of Practice to promote best practices and emerging technologies, and lead monthly cross‑product forums with the Senior Leadership Team to align priorities, share progress, and escalate risks.Administer and optimise Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to enhance transparency and workflow efficiency. Guide teams transitioning from spreadsheets to Atlassian tooling, improving visibility and product‑centric ways of working.Engage stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Translate strategic intent into actionable product artefacts by breaking down initiatives into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create and prioritise backlogs using MoSCoW and other value‑based techniques.Facilitate workshops and story‑mapping sessions to refine requirements and build shared understanding. Maintain living documentation in Confluence, including roadmaps, requirements catalogues, and decision logs.Support Agile ceremonies by clarifying business context and ensuring backlog readiness. Produce data‑driven reports and dashboards to track delivery progress, backlog health, and value realisation. Analyse trends in prioritisation, velocity, and feedback to recommend improvements. Present insights to SLT and delivery teams to support informed, outcome‑focused decisions.
