My path to investment management and financial planning was with major, stalwart publicly traded corporations and some of the greatest entrepreneurs and investors in the U.S. That experience, having acted as both advisor and attorney on countless large institutional transactions, provides my investment management clients with a unique perspective on financial planning and preparation. Our industry is full of advisors who follow the limited options provided by their firms; often investing in mutual funds and letting the market dictate their returns. At Dynamique Capital Advisors, our approach is different. Leveraging knowledge and experience gained while working with top-tier financial services firms and companies, we bring value to driving valuation and business analysis. We assist in the sale or acquisition of a business, setting up FLPs/FLLCs and Trusts as needed. We help our clients raise capital and handle their financial planning through customized portfolios and asset allocation models. Our creativity, strategic acumen, and financial engineering strengths have been recognized by Forbes and a few other high-profile media outlets for many of the value-creating initiatives and company building I have led. There are plenty of opportunities to provide financial advice and expertise to an affluent client base. My mission is much greater than simply helping those with money make more money. With a unique background in investments, strategy, entrepreneurship, and law, it is my mission to be a highly valued financial resource to Entrepreneurs, Family Enterprises, Professionals, and Start-Ups. Often the difference between success and failure is the quality of the advice you receive. My clients frequently rely on me as a coach and sounding board. One of my great passions is bringing advice to non-profit organizations. As a disabled professional, I serve on the board for Barrier Free Living in NYC, a non-profit for disabled family abuse victims. I am also on the board for my church, a $1.5+ billion national organization. And I am the first investment manager ever retained by a 900-year-old monastery in Athos, Greece.
