Gordian uses gene therapy and single cell sequencing to run millions of cellular experiments directly in living animal models of complex, age-related disease. Our in vivo technology can screen thousands of genetic targets, including combinations, in a matter of months. Targets are screened in superior animal models, enabling clinical predictive power. We are using this technology to discover novel targets and develop therapeutics for complex, age-related disease. We are hiring!
