ABOUT LEO SAGER
I started out from college as a developer, and did various development work for 10 years. My group at that time needed to strengthen their QA processes, so I transitioned to QA. I did QA work (Test Plans, test cases, defect tracking, etc) for 2 years as the Manager/coordinator for that team. About this time, I was exposed to ClearCase and ever since then, I\'ve been involved in SCM, Build & Release, and DevOps in some manner for over 20 years, and loving it. I have instituted SCM in organizations where none existed before, and in groups where processes were already defined. I have contributed to each group of which I’ve been a member and have been considered a valuable resource. I continuously learn and apply new technical aspects to advance the group. I\'ve been in many roles including Developer, QA, SCM engineer, Tech Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master to name just a few. My background allows me to have a wide set of skills and provide unique perspectives to whatever situation I find myself in.
