With over two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and national policy-making, I specialize in optimizing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) performance through data-driven quality management and strategic process improvement.**Clinical & Executive Leadership**Throughout my career, I have served in pivotal leadership roles, including Chief of Anesthesiology and Medical Director for major health systems and high-volume surgical centers. My work focuses on building multidisciplinary consensus to enhance surgical workflows, patient selection protocols, and perioperative safety. As a former President of the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia (SAMBA) and a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (FASA), I have led national initiatives to establish best practices and ensure the financial and clinical stability of anesthesia organizations.**Consulting & Legal Expertise**Through Ambulatory Anesthesiology Consultants LLC, I provide medical-legal consulting, case reviews, and expert witness services.
