As close to the field as it gets, I am fortunate today to lead international development at Jimmy Fairly. My role? Opening new stores worldwide, building strategic partnerships (wholesale, marketplaces, etc.), managing key projects (the architecture department, in charge of budgets, forecasts, timelines, and coordination of openings to ensure smooth execution), and monitoring performance with a 360° view of the retail business (revenue, budgets, P&L, EBITDA, etc.). I am also involved in launching new subsidiaries, making sure all local compliance, regulations, and strategic as well as operational requirements are in place for a solid market entry. A daily life driven by tangible challenges, structure, team coordination, and a strong field presence, exactly what motivates me.
