Prior to founding E&B, I led the Washington, D.C. office of Diversified Search Group (Forbes top 10) for nearly a decade, specializing in board advisory, financial services, health care, and nonprofit leadership searches.Earlier in my career I served as CFO for the City of Isabela, PR — managing a $30M operating budget, overseeing seven administrative departments and a municipal hospital, and supporting 800 employees and residents. I subsequently served as Senior Director at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, advancing Latino corporate leadership across Fortune 500 companies, and completed a fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.I hold an MPA from National Urban Fellows and am a member of the NACD.I am selectively pursuing additional board service where governance, human capital, and financial oversight are strategic priorities.
