ABOUT LEONIE VON UTHMANN

Our 1st duty in life is to trust. As infants, we have to trust our parents or other carers to look after us. Building trust in companies is economical, because strong employee bonds result in high customer loyality leads to increased profits. As you can guess, I have always been driven by trust. Almost 10 years ago, I set up my own business as a systemic coach and management consultant. My first task was to trust myself make it happen. Since then, I have been supporting leaders and companies in their transformation. And again: one key factor of successful transformation is trust.Our company NRICHED, which I founded together with @Sandra Rose, also has trust at its core. With our analysis and management tool TrustY you can measure the trust of your most relevant business relationships. Enabled by change recommendations you learn how to increase trust in your employee, customer and partner relationships to secure your economic growth in the long run. At NRICHED, we are a team of three women who bring their different and complementary skills to the table. In addition to my role as Managing Director, I have the role product owner and contribute my expertise as a psychologist and organisational consultant to product and brand development.
