ABOUT LEONIE SCHULZE BÖLLING

I started my professional career quite early. I\'ve been working since I was 13 years old because it\'s always been fun and because it allows me to have even more fun. Since then I have met far too many people who already look forward to Friday on Monday. 5 out of 7 days being \"a necessity\" and a lot of effort. No money in the world, would make a life like that worth it to me. My Purpose is to provide an environment for people to have fun, enjoy their job, and fulfill themselves to live a happier life. CoA Academy allows me to have that exact impact on others: As a leader and as a service. Because that\'s what we do: We help people achieve their goals and visions with more ease. As a leader of our own live and as a leader to others. True leaders are those who make their lives and our entire working world a better one.
