ABOUT LEONIE BLAKELEY
My working style is decisive, organised, logical and analytical. I am empathetic, strong, diplomatic and methodical. I communicate well at all levels adapting my language and pace to suit the audience. I thoroughly enjoy the diversity of the facilities role within a professional services environment. Every day is a different challenge, I do try to maintain a sense of humour at all times!I am fully experienced in the ‘business as usual’ operational needs of Facilities Management. I have a keenly developed strategic ability to enable me to assess, improve and drive a team, a budget, a service line/provider or a project. I have supported staff through a transition such as an office move or behaviour change, completed a full project from inception to delivery, innovated from an historical to a more modern way of working, described new needs to suppliers, overseen several budget lines and ensured efficiencies. I work well as part of a team, enjoying my individual role within it. My management style is to lead by example, with integrity, to mentor and coach in a firm but fair manner.
