Build the Project Management Framework based on the specificity of organization and division • Determine the scope of work, scheduling, budgeting, progress, and cost tracking • Stakeholders and risks management • Developing the project\'s artifacts such as Project Mandate, Project Product Description, Business Case, Project Charter, Detailed Project Management Plan • Provide product coordination and release management for applications • Plan release content and schedules in consultation with business client and resources • Analyze and review specifications in the form of business requirement documents and tickets in the application team’s issue tracking tool (e.g, JIRA) • Ensure all changes made to the applications well documented, including all activities such as design tasks, server configuration changes, and reports creation • Prepare and submit weekly Project Status reports • Lead weekly team meetings with all Technical stakeholders related to Applications and Infrastructure to plan work activities and ensure work remains within the scope and on schedule • Coordinate the deployment of application releases to DEV, UAT & Production environments following the Change Management (CM) and Release Management (RM) processes • Provide high-level estimates of the level of effort to further changes and enhancements to applications • Provide updated documents, templates, tools, and procedures related to new releases of applications
