As a licensed psychotherapist at Grow, I provide telehealth-based individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological concerns, and relational difficulties. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP).I use the ACT model to support clients in cultivating psychological flexibility, helping them respond more effectively to difficult internal experiences while aligning their behavior with deeply held values. Through experiential exercises and mindfulness-based interventions, I guide clients in developing a more open, present, and value-driven approach to life.Drawing from FAP, I attend closely to the therapeutic relationship itself as a context for healing. I observe and respond to clinically relevant behaviors as they emerge in-session, using these moments to promote authentic connection, emotional awareness, and meaningful change.In addition to providing direct care, I engage in ongoing professional development and case consultation to ensure fidelity to model-based interventions and ethical, compassionate practice.
