Managing 2 of 3 technology workstreams that make up the Spectrum program. A technology separation to meet the business objectives of separating the HAVI Logistics business into 2 distinct operating companies – HAVI SC & Morgan Street Holdings. Focussing on 2 overarching areas of Identity & Collaboration that umbrella multiple Microsoft enablement & productivity technologies, such as EntraID, UPN, Exchange, Intune, AD, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI, Fabric, Forms & Copilot on MAC & Windows • Owned the plan, successfully executed the deliverables and migration strategy across the 2 businesses. • Worked with C-Suite Stakeholders globally • Led a technical team of 6 engineers • Managed the Technology partner and oversaw the delivery of the agreed objectives against the Statement of Work • Delivered against the agreed project scope and cost model, managed & mitigated deviations from the plan within tolerance • Project governance and reported into multiple stakeholder communities with varied and sometimes competing interests • Liaised with 3rd party software vendors and internal account managers and developers, assessing application readiness for multi-tenant authentication paths and domain user base migrations • Communications planning and management throughout the programme duration • Oversaw the project artefacts produced by the Technology Partner. Quality assessments and remediations action planning with internal and external teams • Organised and facilitated the migration planning and go live, delivering a successful project outcome
