Drive adoption and transition through security hardening, integration, and maintenance- To create statements of work in line with configuration/customisation needs required for each client- To prepare and present client demonstrations and provide training on this matter- Collaborate closely with the Adoption & Change Consultant, ensuring ultimate adoption and smooth rollout of solutions to clients, making necessary adjustments, and providing technical insight to teammates and clients as required- Participate in knowledge sharing activities as required, supporting a culture of sharing and learning.
