Experienced global HR leader with a track record of delivering people strategy across matrixed, fast-paced organisations. I’ve held senior HR generalist and specialist roles spanning organisational design, HR operations, employee relations, performance, and transformation – supporting executive teams through scale-up, restructuring, and change.Currently heading global centres of Excellence at Travelopia, I lead group Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, People Services, Payroll, Reward, Benefits, and People Analytics. I also lead our Talent Hubs in India, Costa Rica, and South Africa, overseeing high-performing HR teams delivering service and value across the business, alongside leading the people elements of various M&A workstreams. A dual strategic and hands-on leader, I’ve built global teams, developed scalable HR infrastructure, and partnered closely with the C-suite to align people priorities with commercial goals.
