ABOUT LEONARDO NANTES

With over 20 years of IT experience, I have developed a diverse and comprehensive skill set, ranging from end user support, application development, network and data center support, IT processes and training development, IT architecture, IT risk management, and IT service management (ITSM). I am certified in ITIL and Cobit, and I have a strong understanding of the best practices and frameworks for IT governance, quality, and performance. I also have a master\'s degree in business administration from the University of Manchester (UK), and I am fluent in three languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish. I am looking forward to have French added before turning 50-)I am passionate about leveraging technology to enable better business outcomes, delivering value-added solutions to the companies I have worked for. I have led and supported multiple IT projects and initiatives, both locally and globally, for various industries and sectors, such as financial services and telecommunications. I have also coached and empowered teams to achieve excellence and innovation, fostering a collaborative, multi-cultural and diverse work environment.I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply my IT expertise and business acumen in a dynamic and competitive market.
