ABOUT LEONARDO METH

I graduated in Business Administration from FIA Business School in 2017 and completed my MBA in Finance at the University Canada West in 2024. Currently, I work as a Cost Controller at Trench Group. Previously, I worked for 3 years as a Project Management Controlling Analyst at Siemens Energy, providing insights into the business’s economic performance (sales, costs, operational assets, margin, and cash flow); executing and improving management reports with cost analysis and performance indicators; performing monthly closing routines (hedging, provisions, billing, cash in, allocations); and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and actual results to prepare summary reports presented to managers and headquarters. Additionally, I have nearly 4 years of experience in banking, specifically at Credit Suisse, where I managed, implemented, and improved processes and projects. I mapped processes using flowcharts, identified inputs and outputs, and evaluated potential risks and inefficiencies to recommend mitigating actions and reduce process risk levels.
