Gerir projetos de pequena a média escala, desde o início/pré-fase do projeto até ao seu encerramento- Garantir que os projetos sejam entregues dentro do prazo e do orçamento, satisfazendo os requisitos e especificações acordados dentro do âmbito do projeto- Gerir a produção de estimativas do projeto, desenvolver planos e cronogramas do projeto, estabelecer medidas e marcos, acompanhar o progresso contínuo, gerir proativamente riscos, questões e escopo ao longo do ciclo de vida do projeto, relatar regularmente o status do projeto, abordar questões do projeto quando elas surgirem, por exemplo, ao Comitê Diretor- Aplicar a metodologia formal de gestão de projetos aprovada pela empresa (Brainlab Project Management – BPM) para atingir os objetivos do projeto- Fornecer orientação e formação- Coordenar o trabalho com outras equipas de projeto- Coordenar os membros da equipa de projeto designados, garantir a realização atempada das atividades, integrar e utilizar o tempo e os recursos de forma eficiente para cumprir os requisitos- Garantir que o trabalho do projeto está em conformidade com os regulamentos da ISO 13485, 93/42/CEE, FDA 21 CFR 820, diretrizes de submissão 510 (k), Health Canada, Shonin.

ABOUT LEONARDO FERRAZ

I have already worked in several areas related to Biomedical Engineering, my most recent experience was with the design of Custom Prostheses, segmentation of medical images, in addition to creating biomodels and surgical guides with 3D printers.I have already worked as an intern in Clinical Engineering at Hospital Antônio Moreira da Costa, a hospital in the city of Santa Rita do Sapucaí - MG. I also acted as Co-founder and CTO of UmiTerm, a startup that develops solutions for analyzing the functioning of neonatal incubators, with the objective of reducing human errors and guaranteeing the ideal development of premature infants. During my academic years, I was directly involved with different types of activity inside and outside the faculty, such as the Junior Enterprise of INATEL students, two Scientific Initiations, monitoring of subjects related to both the technical and conceptual part of the Biomedical Engineering course.I also held hackathons, mediated webinars and was part of the team that created the thematic weeks of the Biomedical Engineering and Production Engineering courses in 2019 and 2020.In addition to the experiences mentioned above, I have also worked with various types of volunteer activities in the city of Santa Rita do Sapucaí, being part of the organization team for the biggest innovation event in Brazil, the Hacktown SRS and giving classes to children from the needy community in the project Inatel Cas@Viva, helping them to develop their technical skills.
