I am providing leadership and overall management of the PMI REACH Malaria project in Togo (USAID funded sub-contract: USD 2 million per year).• I am leading a consortium of several international partners: Catholic Relief Services - USCCB (Country Lead), PATH (Global Contract Recipient), Cheick Anta Diop University – UCAD, Project ECHO – University of New Mexico and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine – LSTM.• I am responsible for overall strategic development and oversight, project monitoring and evaluation, compliance, and general program management.• I am ensuring the project is implemented to meet the REACH contract expectations in terms of timely and quality results and proper financial management, coordination between program and operations leads, including strategies for phase out and sustainability.
