Contracted as UKG Pro consultant for end to end implementation project from ADP WFN to UKG Pro • Executed employee data migration from legacy ADP WFN system over to new UKG Pro system via data imports & uploads and verified data integrity for accuracy • Handled system configurations within UKG Pro & carried proper testing to ensure correct results • Configured the setup of new work rules, pay rules & pay codes and executed validation testing within UAT environment & documented results for payroll and accounting GL departments • Headed additional projects to implement new systems: Greenhouse, Lattice and CompAnalyst • Handled integrations & interfaces with UKG Pro for Greenhouse ATS, Lattice & CompAnalyst systems • Worked closely with director of payroll to run Master Control reports and ad hoc reports in ADP WFN legacy system and carried out dual maintenance in UKG Pro • Coordinated weekly meetings between the UKG Pro project team & Plexus’ stakeholders to ensure blueprint benchmarks and timelines were being met and on schedule • Handled & maintained various implementation Raid logs for project member accountability of tasks • Analyzed existing processes & workflows in ADP WFN legacy system and made improvements & automations in the new UKG Pro system
