ABOUT LEONARDO RENZI

Senior finance executive with a proven track record in leading finance, accounting, governance and control functions across international industrial organizations. Currently serving as Group CFO at Angelo Po Grandi Cucine S.p.A, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.My career has been built through roles of increasing responsibility in complex international and multi-entity environments. Prior to my current position, I served as Director of Finance and Accounting at Franke S.p.A. and Faber S.p.A, with responsibility for several Group legal entities and Power of Attorney, and earlier as Finance Manager for a subgroup of companies within Blanc & Fischer, the international German industrial group. I have also served on several Boards of Directors, strengthening my governance perspective and board-level contribution.I started my career in auditing with KPMG, developing a solid foundation in financial reporting, control, compliance and industrial business dynamics.I bring a leadership style defined by strategic perspective, execution focus and analytical depth, with significant experience in leading cross-functional collaboration across finance, tax, legal and advisory. I am recognized for reliability, sound judgment and a pragmatic, results-driven mindset, with a strong commitment to sustainable value creation and financial discipline.
