Passionate about data & AI, I am a business disruptor, team builder, and goals achiever with over 20 years of experience in High Tech, Banking, Capital Markets, and Oil & Gas.In my career, I have successfully applied new business and technology models to complex hyper-scale strategy, business, and technology reinventions. I have helped Stock Exchanges launch new markets, Corporate Banks create new portfolios, Investment Banks mutualize digital strategies, and Custodian Banks augment their services to Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Asset Managers.In my current role at Moody\'s, I help customers accelerate value creation through Gen AI solutions that leverage Moody\'s curated data. These solutions are pre-packaged and tailored to specific customer use cases, facilitating a plug-and-play approach. I enjoy listening to my customers\' pain points and discussing how we can leverage our solutions to meet their specific needs.Previously at Accenture, I designed integrated AI-Gen AI solutions to address substantial issues in Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting, helping customers achieve compliance and cost efficiency simultaneously. For specific industries, I also designed disruptive AI-led solutions to generate new revenue sources and maximize financial resource management.During my in-house experience in the Aviation Industry, I served as the de-facto CFO of a newly established JV. I designed the JV Holding Treasury Operating Model and led its successful implementation, merging approximately $500 million hedging books, achieving a 30% cost rationalization, increasing the speed of reporting and trade finance execution, reducing hedging costs by 50%, improving financial planning accuracy to 95%, reducing the Group cost of capital by 3%, and enhancing the full integration of 10 legal entities.I am a UK citizen, Italian native, and strong advocate for diversity.
