Control Industrial Network infrastructure (Control Net, FTE, Modbus IP and serial, Device Net, Hard Wireless, and Fiber Optic links). •Configure DCS Honeywell Experion PKS to implement Process Control Narratives or Control Strategies; System Architecture reviews, lifetime’s cycles and upgrades. •Alarm Management Initiatives. Activity involves interaction with Process Engineering and operations.•Manage Automation Assets spare part inventory.•Perform root cause analysis, leading or contributor for incident investigation.•Maintaining the PHD Historian System.•Actively participate and provide support in Project related meetings as required: organizational, weekly update, and project specifics (such as DBM, P & ID, HAZOP, SDK, Control Philosophy reviews, commissioning and documentation). •Assist to technicians, operators and engineers respect the use of the DCS Control System.•Providing input to Capital and Opex improvement projects to ensure reliability and maintainability and best practice and standards implementation.•Active participation on the Surmont 2 HAT, FAT, SAT and commissioning. Yokogawa DCS/SIS and TPI’s systems, Surmont 1 Honeywell PKS Integration.
