ABOUT LEONARDO LUONGO
Graduating top of my class with summa cum laude honors (110/110) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa, I fulfilled a lifelong passion for engineering and mechanics. After my degree, I joined Baker Hughes through the ASPIRE-Leadership Program, which offered me the invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across different business sectors. My work included heat treatments of rotors in the workshop, managing and planning external suppliers, and serving as a bench technician for the installation of centrifugal compressors. Currently, I am enthusiastically taking on the role of Operational Leader in the centrifugal compressor casing manufacturing line, embracing daily challenges with dedication and drive. I value my calm demeanor, rational approach, and strong logical skills, which are my greatest strengths in the workplace. I strive to learn every day and engage with diverse people, believing that continuous learning and exchange are key to both personal and professional growth.
