About Leo Freitas
Salesforce Administrator managing three orgs across DealerTire, Dent Wizard, and Sentric ADAS — roughly active users across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Day-to-day that means Flow automation, release management, configuration work, and a lot of conversations with stakeholders trying to figure out what they actually need versus what they asked for. I passed the Agentforce Specialist certification in early 2026, which is still pretty new territory for most teams. Working through how that translates into real use cases is something I\'m actively thinking about. Before landing in Salesforce full-time, I worked in customer operations and business analysis at a few SaaS companies. That background changed how I approach platform work by adopting the end-user perspective of using the system before I think about the system itself.
