ABOUT LEONARDO CONDEMI

I am a Civil Engineer with over seventeen years of experience in the construction industry, gained across complex projects and construction sites in both the public and private sectors. Throughout my career, I have covered a wide range of roles, including Construction Project Supervisor, HSE Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Environmental Engineer, Project Accountability Manager, and Project Manager.I have worked on large-scale infrastructure projects within highly competitive environments, where strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate reporting, and effective management are essential. I am a confident and determined professional with a mature and responsible approach to my work. My advanced communication skills allow me to liaise effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as to support problem-solving activities.In recent years, I have focused on the HSE and environmental sectors, contributing to the construction of projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting alternative and renewable energy sources, such as dams, biogas landfills, and wastewater treatment plants.Currently, I am working in the field of sustainable public transport, in this role, I take care of controlling transport safety, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations within the public transport system.I am a registered Engineer and a qualified Safety Manager (RSPP), Safety Coordinator (CSP/CSE), and Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and ISO 45001 standards. I hold the NEBOSH Award in Health and Safety at Work and the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), and I am also a qualified Safety Trainer.
